6:27 pm	Eureka The season premiere of Eureka is tonight on the SciFi Channel. Since my analog TV can't process Comcast's digital signal for the channel, I'll have to wait until next weekend and watch it on Hulu. I wish Comcast offered an analog version of that channel, but it doesn't, so I can't watch it. I guess I need a new TV, but I'm in no rush to get one. (2 Comments |Comment on this)

6:42 pm	Well.. I haven't been keeping up with this whole swine flu thing, since I just heard about it a day or two ago. The best way to treat the flu is to get lots of rest and drink plenty of liquids. Hopefully, it won't be nearly as bad as the media apparently is making it out to be. (Comment on this)

6:57 pm	Randomness I hope our water pump is fixed now. It hasn't been very reliable this week. The season premiere of South Park was good. Only six more episodes to go until it goes on hiatus until October. I guess I'll give Unrest a try on the Chiller channel tonight. I really should update LiveJournal more often, but I just never seem to have much of an interest in it, these days. I can't seem to think of anything else. (2 Comments |Comment on this)

9:14 am	So.. I must've picked up another one of those unfortunate stomach viruses because I've been sick for the last few days. I think I'm almost over it now, but having a bad case of diarrhea, as well as a bad case of the projectile vomits, was not fun. I must've completely drained my system. I didn't really feel hungry, even though I ate (and threw up) only a little bit over the last few days. I did have Gatorade, though, so that might've added to the lack of appetite. This morning, since I'm feeling better and am actually a little hungry, I'm being daring and eating a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup right now...slowly. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep it down. 12:27 pm	Still nothing It looks like I'll need a new Vista computer before I'll be able to use the Internet at will. It seems that the supposedly faster connection we have now (so far, it's been slower than our previous connection) doesn't work with XP, for some reason. We've tried everything to get it to, but nothing did the trick. It's just as well. My current computer's hard drive is about to quit and, after around four years, it's probably time to get a new computer. We'll see about doing that as soon as we have the money. Until then, I'll keep using this downstairs computer for my periodic Internet needs. (10 Comments |Comment on this)
